Quiz Updates

- Greatly Improved the Flow of taking a quiz
- also simplified the layout
- clicking Take Quiz, now auto begins the quiz at Question 1
- selecting an answer now auto advances to the next question
- answering the last question now auto advances to the Results page
- also the Quiz link in the top menu now links directly to Recent Quizzes

- modified the side menu to no longer show matches that have ended
