Mr/Mrs Anonymous, Lucky Star is a spoof of anime in general, and has gained such popularity as Haruhi Suzumiya do to the same cast and some beat for beat parodies of it and other anime titles.

As in the opening line of the Anime, the narrator/ floating god Ero states: 'The surname of this beautiful girl is Yamada' and in the dubbed Ero says: 'We don't know her first name, it's a secret, so she's just Yamada'. So I don't know where you're getting your information, though she is voiced by Yukari Tamura in the original JP.
Even in the Manga her full name is unknown.
