When I first watched this, a year or two ago, I wasn't expecting to cry as hard as I did. I really didn't know what it was supposed to be about, and I had decided to watch it because of the precious protag, Gin. Now I love this movie, and I've looked and looked for a legitimate copy of this movie so that I may own it and watch it at will but it seems impossible and it breaks my heart a little. If you haven't finished the anime, don't read this. Their love is sort of complex, but yes, there are feelings on both sides. I don't know if you've finished the anime, but the end makes it pretty clear that they love each other. I'm not good at explaining things, but feelings are pretty easy to understand. (view post)

-SPOILER- Yes, that's why she vanished in the end. The only reason they end up in that world is because they died with something unfulfilled. Her reason for being there was that she wanted to thank Yuzuru for his heart which prolonged her life. When she got to convey her feelings, she disappeared. (view post)

-SPOILER- Since my ideal couple of Otonashi and Naoi would never have happened in a show that isn't yaoi, I'm glad he fell for Kanade instead of Yuri. I really don't like Yuri. (view post)
